First tap Copy this signature above. Then follow the steps for the app you use.
Gmail
On a computer, open Gmail, click the gear at the top right, then See all settings.
On the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new. Name it Casa Frondosa.
Click into the box and paste: Cmd and V on a Mac, Ctrl and V on Windows.
Under Signature defaults, pick it for new emails and for replies, for the hola@casafrondosa.com address.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
Outlook
On a computer: Settings, then Mail, then Compose and reply. On the phone app: Settings, your account, then Signature.
Click into the signature box and paste.
Set it as the default for new messages and for replies, then save.
Zoho Mail (the hola@ inbox on the web)
Open Settings (the gear), then Signature, then Add new.
Paste, name it Casa Frondosa, and link it to hola@casafrondosa.com.
Send yourself a test afterward to check the leaves show up.
If the leaves do not appear, the email app has usually blocked pictures in the
preview rather than anything being broken. Click "show images" or "download pictures" in the test
message and they will appear. If the signature pastes as plain text with no color, paste again
with Keep Source Formatting.
Copying on a phone? Gmail's phone app only takes plain-text signatures, so set
this one up on a computer. It then appears on every message sent from that account, including
from the phone app.
